Handcrafted original Hedgehog jewelry. The most loved hedgehog in our house is Sonic, both mighty and blue. We also love Miss Tiggywinkles. Symbolizing resourcefulness, vitality and intelligence, the hedgehog was associated with the Babylonian goddess Ishtar who was the goddess of love and war. The hedgehog has a natural resistance to snake venom, giving it an almost spiritual quality, and is seen in Native American Indian tribes as an omen of resurrection, life after death, and even defeating death completely.
