These are ‘fold formed’ copper shapes that I created by folding and forging flat copper sheet – so cool! The blue piece was ‘fume’ patinated with salt water and ammonia. The next step is to enamel them.

Just returned from a textile tour in Chiapas, Mexico with Josh and guided by Tia Stephanie Tours. We had an great time and were blown away by the skill and craftsmanship of the indigenous weavers, their generosity, and the beauty of their work. http://tiastephanietours.com
